Direct flights into Belize City are available from many major hubs. San Pedro Town may be accessed by water taxi or a short hopper flight from either Belize International Airport or Belize Municipal Airport.

A dedicated Concierge is available to assist you with arranging transfer from Belize City and transportation from the water taxi or airport will be arranged by the Concierge.

A dedicated concierge will work with you to ensure a seamless transfer to the resort once you arrive in San Pedro. As a part of this, your concierge will be in contact with you up until you leave Belize City for transfer to San Pedro and will work with you to accommodate transportation and check in upon arrival on the island.

The Belize Dollar is the currency in the country, but the US Dollar is also accepted. Most major credit cards may be used at resorts, restaurants and shops. Some smaller retailers and restaurants will not accept credit cards, but this should be conspicuously posted. Please expect to need cash for purchased from local artisans, roadside fruit and juice stands, and roadside food vendors.

At Hol Chan Reef Oceanfront Residences, guests are protected from mosquitoes and other insects while enjoying your veranda or balcony, and pool and beach areas. Due to a misting system throughout the property, these pests are kept to a minimum. Guests should plan to bring the insect repellant of your choice for use when moving about in San Pedro.

Sunny Daze Pool Bar is open from 10 AM – 4 PM, Tuesday – Sunday, weather permitting. Food may be ordered for delivery from Someplace South Cafebar, its sister restaurant.

Stax Sunset Bar/Grill is across the street and provides food and drink options daily 2PM – 10PM.

The property is situated 3.5 miles from the town center. While there are ten or so restaurants south of town, in downtown San Pedro, guests will find almost any food option they desire. Restaurant options range from high end resort restaurants to open air sandy floor beachside options. Driving north of town along the beach front, you will discover over the water options. Guests who wish to venture further will find a world of options in the area north of the bridge.

Wireless internet is available throughout the resort, while working or watching TV inside your condo, relaxing around the pool and while enjoying the beach or pier.

It is not recommended that guests drink water directly from the faucets, however every condo is outfitted with a water dispenser that utilizes a 5-gallon bottle of drinking water. Certain condos have reverse osmosis water systems. Any condo utilizing the refrigerator water dispenser or automatic ice maker will have either a reverse osmosis system or a pump system that uses bottled drinking water for the ice and water dispenser.
